KABUL: The National Volleyball Federation in a statement said that the third round of the Premier Volleyball League opened in Kabul.
Mawlavi Ahmadullah Wasiq, General Director of the National Olympic Committee inaugurated the league at the 2,500-seat Stadium of Olympic Committee.
“The committee will try its best to promote and develop sport in the country,” the statement quoted Mawlavi Wasiq as saying.
In the Premier Volleyball League 8 teams including, Umul-Belaad, Spin Ghar, Nashter, Pamir, Bala Hisar, Bost, Hindu Kush and Negin-Harerud, will participate, according to the statement.
In the opening match of this League between Negin-Harerud and Bost, the Bost managed to defeat its rival with 3 scores.
