KABUL: The Acting Minister of Water and Energy, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, during the signing ceremony of a contract at the Government Media and Information Center (GMIC), said on Sunday that a national trader will invest 367 million Afghani in constructing a complex in the ministry’s property.
It is planned that Omari Construction Company to construct a five-story equipped complex in in the ministry’s land in Helmand province, he said.
The complex will include sections for doctors, pharmacies, shops, and even recreational areas.
The project has been leased for 17 years, and during this time, 40 percent of its profits will be deposited into the government treasury.
