CHARIKAR: Two development projects worth 12 million Afghani (Some 167,906 US dollars) were inaugurated in Charikar city, the Municipality of Charikar said in a statement on Sunday.
The projects included road construction, and electricity transmission to the recreational park of Gul-e-Arghawan and were inaugurated by Mohammad Edress Anwari, Deputy Governor of Parwan, Sayed Emal Nikmal Agha, Charikar mayor, said the statement.
The implementation of the projects has been widely welcomed by the residents of Charikar city.
