24 small handheld Tractors distributed to farmers in Bamyan

BAMYAN: Provincial officials of Bamyan say that 24 small-handled agricultural tractors have been distributed to 24 farmers in the province, the governor’s press office said in a statement today.
The tractors were distributed in the presence of Bamyan Governor Mawlavi Abdullah Sarhadi.
According to the statement, the tractors with a cost of 1.8 million Afghanis have been provided by the “Women’s Social and Economic Services Institute”.
Speaking in the ceremony Mawlavi Abdullah Sarhadi, the governor of Bamyan, said that the Islamic Emirate’s efforts are underway to provide facilities for farmers.
Bamyan is one of the historical and central provinces of Afghanistan, where most of the people are engaged in agriculture and its potatoes are very famous throughout the country.
