Afghan National Army rescued flood-stranded families

KABUL: The National Islamic Army of Afghanistan rescued the lives of a number of our compatriots who were stranded in floods in the country, the ministry said in a statement today.

According to the statement, the rescue team of the 207 Al-Farooq Army Corps provided assistance to compatriots stranded in flooded areas across the country.

The Ministry of National Defense states that the rescue and relief teams of the ministry are ready to assist fellow citizens in difficult conditions.

Previously, the personnel of the national army of Afghanistan, rescued flood-affected people, in the country, especially in Herat, Helmand, Farah, and Nimruz, provinces.
