First IEA relief aid team for flood-affected people arrives in Ghor

FIROZKOH: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s first aid-delivering delegation team along with an immediate humanitarian assistance plane allocated for the flood-affected families landed today in Firozkoh airport.
In a meeting with the IEA delegation, Mullah Ahmad Shah Dindost, the Governor of Ghor, provided detailed information about the flood-affected areas and the victims.
The necessary assistance, including temporary shelter (tents), medicine, and food items have been transported to the flood victims.
It has been said that the recent floods in the center and several districts of Ghor province have caused massive casualties and damage to the people.
