KABUL: The Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement today that the Nangarhar’s security forces have prevented the smuggling of livestock and a quantity of ammunition to Pakistan.
According to the statement, the livestock and ammunition while smuggling to the neighboring country of Pakistan were discovered and seized by the security personnel of the ministry and two people have been arrested in connection to the case.
The ministry did not specify the amount of ammunition and livestock that were to be smuggled.
The country’s security and defense forces have previously also prevented the smuggling of livestock and goods to neighboring countries.
