Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid: Afghani currency maintains its value

KABUL: The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, stated that the Afghani currency has maintained its value, and citizens should not have concerns in this regard.

Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid wrote on his X account today, that Da Afghanistan Bank (the country’s central Bank) and other related institutions have paid special attention to maintaining the value of the Afghani currency.

This comes at a time when the exchange rate in the open market is 74.0 Afghanis for one U.S. dollar for buying and 74.2 Afghanis for selling.
