KABUL: Mawlavi Abdul Qahar Balkhi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that the military U.S. leftover equipment is an asset of Afghanistan.
In an interview with CBS News Balkhi said that the Islamic Emirate has initiated a new phase of relations and has put an end to the fighting in Afghanistan.
