KABUL: Some reliable sources confirmed to Radio Omid that the Turkish Embassy has been handed over to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and is now under the control of Afghan government diplomats.
On the other hand, the third Political Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zakir Jalali, stated on his official X account that the Afghan Embassy in Ankara continues its activities as before.
“Citizens should be assured that consular services and diplomatic tasks are being carried out with complete transparency, responsibility, and commitment by the diplomats of the Islamic Emirate.,” he said.
He further mentioned that the embassy is at the service of the citizens and that consular services are actively provided.
Currently, the Islamic Emirate has diplomatic relations with numerous countries around the world, and several embassies remain active in Kabul.
