KABUL: Foodstuff has been distributed to 1,459 needy families in the Ghazni province, the press office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in a statement on Monday.
The assistance has been provided by the World Food Programme (WFP) and HealthO institution to the needy families of the Abband district of the province.
Each family received 50 kilograms of flour, 5 kilograms of oil, 6 kilograms of chickpeas, one kilogram of salt, as well as 30 packages of special nutritious food for children and 3 kilograms of super cereal.
