KABUL: The Acting Minister of National Defense, Mawlavi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, has reiterated the Islamic Emirate’s commitment to supporting and strengthening Afghanistan’s healthcare sector.
Minister Mujahid, speaking at the opening ceremony of another 100-bed hospital at Sardar Daud Khan Hospital, said that more work needs to be done in the health sector, public awareness needs to be created, and Afghans need to gain trust in their doctors.
He also urged healthcare professionals to treat patients with kindness and professionalism.
