KABUL: The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, stated that pressures from the international community on Afghanistan yield no results.
He made the remarks today [Thursday, February 20] during the inauguration of Azizi Groups’ Charitable and Commercial projects in Kabul.
“As a result of the ineffectiveness of such pressures, it would be better for the global community to refrain from exerting pressure on Afghanistan at this time, and the best approach for the world regarding Afghanistan is through interaction and cooperation,” he said.
Baradar also urged the citizens of the country not to be influenced by biased media propaganda.
He expressed gratitude for the commencement of investments by the Azizi Group and stressed the importance of adhering to standards in their projects.
Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar also appreciated the start of Azizi Group’s investments in the country and stressed the need to observe standards in the projects.
Today, the Azizi Group inaugurated charitable and commercial projects worth $500 million in Kabul.
