KABUL: The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development said in a statement to Radio Omid on Tuesday that the construction work on four water supply networks worth 12.7 million Afghanis has been started in Nangarhar province.
According to the statement, the water supply networks will be constructed in the Spin Ghar, Lal Pur, and Momandara districts of Nangarhar province.
Once completed, these water supply networks will provide access to safe drinking water for over 550 families, said the statement adding that the implementation of the projects will also create job opportunities for dozens of individuals.
