KABUL: The Supreme Court’s moon sighting committee has announced that tomorrow [Saturday, March 1] is the first day of the holy month of Ramadan across the country.
Members of the moon sighting committee, during a press conference, announced tomorrow as the first day of Ramadan.
Abdul Rahim Rashid, head of the Supreme Court’s foreign affairs, public relations, and media department, also urged citizens to try to see the new moon in their areas.
Saudi Arabia has also announced that today is the 29th of Sha’ban, and tomorrow will be the first day of Ramadan nationwide.
