KABUL: The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has recently claimed in a statement that they inflicted casualties on approximately 180 Pakistani soldiers during 147 attacks in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in February of this year.
According to the statement, 85 soldiers from various security agencies were killed, including the Pakistani army, 95 were injured, and six others were detained.
The majority of the casualties were reported to be among the Pakistani army and Special Services Group (SSG) forces.
It is important to note that the Pakistani government has not yet responded to the TTP’s claims regarding these incidents.
