KABUL: Russian President Vladimir Putin has shown no willingness to implement the 30-day ceasefire proposal suggested by the United States regarding the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
According to Reuters, citing Russian sources, any agreement concerning a ceasefire must take into account Russia’s advancements in the war and address Moscow’s concerns.
This comes as Ukraine has expressed readiness for the ceasefire proposal, with the U.S. also reaffirming its commitment to resume military assistance and intelligence sharing.
