KABUL: Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, the acting Minister of Information and Culture, met with a number of representatives from the Consultative Jirga of Afghans living abroad, here in his office.
During the meeting, Mullah Khairkhwa listened to the problems, demands, and suggestions of the council, emphasizing that all leaders and officials of the Islamic Emirate are working day and night for the prosperity and development of the country, as well as the well-being of its citizens.
He noted that with the re-eshtablishment of the Islamic system in the country, animosities among Afghans have diminished.
A representative from Jirga provided information about their activities, stating that the council works to facilitate communication between the Islamic Emirate and the international community.
Another representative praised the achievements of the Islamic Emirate in various sectors and emphasized that the Islamic system has been established through great sacrifices, which must be safeguarded with continued efforts.
It was also assured that there would be full cooperation regarding the issues and requests presented to the council.
