Thousands protest in Tel Aviv, demand an end to war in Gaza

KABUL: Thousands of Israelis gathered in central Tel Aviv, demanding an end to the war in Gaza and the swift release of hostages held by Hamas.

Al Jazeera, citing Times of Israel, reported that Shai Moses, whose parents were released in a prisoner exchange, stated that Israel’s main enemy is not Hamas, but rather Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Families of hostages in Gaza have accused Netanyahu of being inflexible regarding a ceasefire, claiming that he is prolonging the conflict for personal and political gain.
