Iran executes an individual accused of espionage for Israel

KABUL: The Iranian government executed Mohammad Amin Mahdavi this morning, on charges of collaborating with the Iran International television network, and accused of being a spy for Israel.
Iranian judicial officials stated that Mahdavi was convicted of foreign espionage, revealing security information, and acting against national security.
Authorities claimed that he had been actively cooperating with Israeli entities.
As of now, neither the Iran International network nor other international organizations have commented on the execution.
