KABUL: On the eighth day of the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupying regime, the Gaza media office has reported that this regime has violated the agreement 47 times.
The Anadolu Agency, a Turkish news outlet, reported on Saturday night, that as a result of the ongoing violations of the ceasefire by the Israeli occupying regime since October 10, 37 Palestinians have been martyred, 143 injured, and several other civilians have been detained.
The media office stated that the ceasefire violations include “gunfire, deliberate targeting, and direct shooting,” which have been documented.
The office has called for intervention from mediating countries to stop the ceasefire violations by the Israeli occupying regime.
It described the violations of the ceasefire agreement as a “clear breach of the ceasefire decision and principles of international humanitarian law.”
The report noted that the Israeli occupying army has conducted these violations using armored vehicles, tanks stationed near residential areas, remote-controlled cranes equipped with sensors, targeting systems, and quadcopter drones that directly fire upon civilians.
It is noteworthy that the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Israeli occupying regime was signed about a week ago in Egypt with the participation of 20 leaders from various countries.
