MinisterAzizi emphasizes strengthening economic ties with Central Asian countries

KABUL: The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Nooruddin Azizi, met with the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan, Turdakun Sydykov, in Kabul to discuss various issues.
The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said in a statement that during the meeting, the two sides talked about creating a roadmap for the expansion of trade relations between the two countries, facilitating business exchanges between their private sector actors, and also discussed the transportation of humanitarian aid from Kyrgyzstan to Afghanistan.
According to the statement, the Kyrgyz ambassador extended an official invitation to Nooruddin Azizi to participate in a forum in Bishkek on behalf of Kyrgyzstan’s Minister of Economy and Trade.
The Ministry’s statement also highlighted that Azizi emphasized the importance of strengthening economic ties with Central Asian countries and welcomed the invitation and the visit of a Kyrgyz delegation to Afghanistan.
Additionally, Minister Azizi proposed organizing an exhibition in Kabul for Kyrgyz products and goods, as well as signing high-level agreements.
