KABUL: The Security and Purification Commission, chaired by Mawlavi Mohammad Yahqoob Mujahid, acting Minister of National Defense, has provided assurances regarding the security situation across the country.
The commission said in a statement today that the leadership of the commission deemed the recent visits of zone officials before the Eid al-Adha effective in terms of coordination and security.
The overall security situation in the country was comprehensively assessed by the commission.
They praised the efforts of the security forces in ensuring countrywide security during the Eid al-Adha celebrations.
It is noteworthy that the Security and Purification Commission regularly holds meetings to evaluate and make decisions regarding the security situation in the country.
