KABUL: Afghanistan’s U-20 national football team will face Jordan today, Monday, August 31, in their opening match of the AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualifiers.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 6:30 p.m. Kabul time and will be hosted by Bahrain.
Afghanistan has been drawn in Group D alongside Bahrain, Jordan and Tajikistan.
The young Afghan players will be hoping to begin their qualifying campaign with a positive result against Jordan.
