KABUL: Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health says 8,920 people have lost their lives and 30,595 others were injured in Israeli attacks on the country since October 2023.
According to the ministry, the casualties have been recorded over nearly three years of Israeli attacks, which have had a severe impact on Lebanon’s civilian population and healthcare system.
Clashes between Israel and Hezbollah have continued in Lebanon since 2023, while Israeli airstrikes and military operations have also continued in southern Lebanon in 2026.
