KQBUL: Satellite imagery shows that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un’s 80-meter luxury leisure yacht was spotted several times near the country’s Wonsan coast between July and mid-October this year.
According to reports, the yacht had been stationed at a maintenance facility for several months before being moved in early July to the east coast of North Korea, near the Kalma Peninsula.
The area is close to the coastal resort city of Wonsan, where Kim Jong Un reportedly has a large villa that he uses with his family.
The report said the yacht was not the only vessel to have changed location. Satellite images also showed several other large boats around Kim’s villa at different times.
