IEA Supreme Leader urges officials of Spin Boldak to avoid any disputes


KABUL: The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Shaikh Hebatullah Akhundzada, during his visit to Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province, urged military and local officials to avoid any disputes and steps that create disunity among the people, the provincial governor’s press office said in a statement Monday.

In a meeting with a number of local and military officials, elders, scholars and Mujahidin of the district, the Supreme Leader instructed the scholars to cooperate comprehensively to enforce the Law of promotion of virtue and prevention of evil in the said district. He further said: “This Islamic and Sharia-based system has been established due to 20 years of countless sacrifices in Afghanistan and lots of efforts should be made to safeguard the system, therefore every responsible official must obey the instruction of their elders and perform their duties with honesty to provide the people with better services and facilities across the country.”
