KABUL: The Acting Minister of Public Health Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, during his visit to Helmand province, inaugurated a comprehensive health center valued at 26 million Afghanis, in the Sangin district of the province, the ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
The acting minister called the inauguration of the health center a significant achievement in providing health services.
“We are working to provide standard health services to every citizen of the country and to address the health needs of the people,” said Minister Jalali.
The Ministry of Public Health has previously also stated that efforts are underway to standardize health service delivery across the country.
