Another 42 Afghan prisoners released from Pakistani jails

KABUL: A total of 42 Afghan refugees including women and children who had been imprisoned by Pakistani officials, have recently been released and enter the country via the Torkham crossing, the Ministry of Refugees and Repatriations said in a statement on Saturday.
Each of the prisoners have spent 2 to 5 days in Pakistan’s Haji comp, said the statement, adding that the released Afghans after achieving humanitarian aids transferred to their relevant areas.
Also, dozens of the country’s resident have been released and returned to the country, in the paste one week.
