KABUL: The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, has expressed readiness to send military forces to Ukraine in order to maintain peace and stability in the country.
The Telegraph, a British newspaper, citing Starmer, reported on Sunday night that the deployment of British military forces to Ukraine aims to ensure peace and prevent future Russian attacks.
He emphasized his willingness to do whatever is necessary to maintain security in Europe and Ukraine.
Starmer stated that the end of the Russia-Ukraine war should not be seen as a mere pause.
These remarks come at a time when the United States and Russia have agreed to sit at the negotiating table to discuss ending the conflict in Ukraine.
