KABUL: The country’s domestic products were showcased at the international “Gulfood” exhibition in Dubai, the Herat governor’s press office said in a statement on Friday.
The international exhibition began on February 17 and continues to 21 of the current month, said the statement, adding that the country’s products, such as dried and fresh fruits, saffron, and beverages, were displayed in 14 booths at the exhibition.
The Gulfood Exhibition is the world’s largest gathering of food and beverage industry professionals, held annually in Dubai since 1987.
The exhibition is a good opportunity for showcasing the Afghan agricultural products to the world markets.
