{"id":15714,"date":"2025-10-22T10:48:26","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T10:48:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/?p=15714"},"modified":"2025-10-22T10:48:27","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T10:48:27","slug":"construction-work-on-water-supply-networks-worth-30-million-afghanis-launched-in-herat-and-ghor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/2025\/10\/22\/construction-work-on-water-supply-networks-worth-30-million-afghanis-launched-in-herat-and-ghor\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction work on water supply networks worth 30 million Afghanis launched in Herat and Ghor"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL: Construction work has begun on a water supply network valued at 9.9 million Afghani in Herat province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in a statement told Radio Omid on Wednesday that work has started on four other water supply networks, with a total value of 20 million Afghani, in Ghor province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The water supply network in Herat will be constructed in the &#8220;Gologha&#8221; village of the Zindajan district, while the four other networks will be built in the districts of &#8220;Tulak, Pasaband, and Tyora&#8221; in Ghor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of these water supply networks, 412 families in Herat and 756 families in Ghor will gain access to clean drinking water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development stated that the implementation of the projects will create job opportunities for dozens of local residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efforts to provide essential living necessities, including safe drinking water, for citizens, particularly in remote and underserved areas, continue&nbsp;to&nbsp;progress.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL: Construction work has begun on a water supply network valued at 9.9 million Afghani in Herat province.
