KABUL: The Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs, has announced the signing of three contracts, including agreements with two companies and one hospital in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a statement issued on Wednesday evening, the ministry stated that the contracts, signed with “Duyof Al-Bayt” and “Rawaf Mina” companies and the “Mecca Medical Center,” to provide organized, quality, and standard services for Afghan pilgrims in Mecca, Medina, and the holy sites (Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The contracts were signed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of the International Conference and Exhibition for Hajj and Umrah Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The agreements were signed between Mawlavi Abdul Baqi Sajad, the Afghan Hajj Consul in Mecca, and the executive heads of the mentioned companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the statement, the companies are obligated to provide transportation, accommodation, and catering services for Afghan pilgrims during the Hajj season, as well as other necessary facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Additionally, the “Mecca Medical Center” is responsible for ongoing oversight of the healthcare service teams and will coordinate with the health teams from the Ministry of Hajj and Religious Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
