{"id":16615,"date":"2025-11-26T14:56:03","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T14:56:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/?p=16615"},"modified":"2025-11-26T14:56:04","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T14:56:04","slug":"safe-drinking-water-to-be-provided-for-56000-families-in-paktika","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/omidradio.com\/en\/2025\/11\/26\/safe-drinking-water-to-be-provided-for-56000-families-in-paktika\/","title":{"rendered":"Safe drinking water to be provided for 56,000 families in Paktika"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>KABUL: The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has announced that safe drinking water will be provided for 56,000 families in Paktika province at a cost of 201 million Afghanis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mullah Noorullhadi Adil, spokesperson for the ministry, said in a statement today that safe drinking water will be supplied to these families through the construction of 42 water supply networks in the districts of &#8220;Jani Khel, Gomel, Wazikhwa, Dila, Khushamand, Charbaran, and Sher Ken,&#8221; benefiting the designated households.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects have officially commenced in the presence of Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhund, the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The press release did not specify the source of funding for these networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also expected that job opportunities will be created for the residents of these districts during the construction of the mentioned networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, work on a safe water supply network worth 5.7 million Afghanis has also started today in&nbsp;Herat&nbsp;province.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KABUL: The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has announced that safe drinking water will be provided for 56,000 families in Paktika province at a cost of 201 million Afghanis.
