KABUL: The Ministry of Industry and Commerce said on Wednesday that 33 businessmen will transfer their capitals from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Afghanistan, the ministry said in a statement.
Leading a number of businessmen Eng Azizullah Rouzi, made the remarks in a meeting with the acting Minister of Industry and Commerce, Nooruddin Azizi, according to the statement.
In the meeting, the businessmen appreciated the provision of security and good investment opportunities in the country.
“A group of 33 Afghan businessmen who are engaged in business in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are ready to transfer their capitals to the country,” the statement quoted them as saying.
The Acting Minister of Industry and Commerce welcoming decision of the country’s businessmen said: “Currently, good investment opportunities are paved in the country’s various fields,” said the statement.
Meanwhile, the Islamic Emirate has provided special facilities for traders returning to the country.
