KABUL: As a result of a military helicopter crash in Turkey on Sunday, 2 pilots were killed and one another injured, Turkish Media reported.
The helicopter crashed near Gaziantep’s area in southern Turkey.
Minister of Interior Affairs of Turkey said that the chopper belonged to the Aviation Department of the Turkish police General Directorate.
The helicopter took off from Hatay airport and was heading to Gaziantep airport.
The reason behind the crash of the military chopper has not been determined yet.
Hatay is one of the earthquake-affected states in Turkey, and yesterday, it was witnessed of the inauguration of newly constructed homes for earthquake victims.
