Pakistan’s polling ends, counting begins

KABUL: Based on reports, the parliamentary voting process in Pakistan’s polling stations has been ended and the voting counting process has started.

Based on the predetermined schedule, the voting process in many polling stations has been stopped as of Yesterday (Thursday, February 8).

It is said that in some election stations, the voting process continuing due to long lines of people.

The voting process was faced security challenges.

Pakistani media reported that today there were blasts and armed irresponsible attacks on some voting stations of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

As a result of the incidents a number of Pakistani soldiers have killed and wounded.
