Russia: The Hague International Court recognized Israel’s genocide in Gaza Strip

KABUL: The Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya in an interview with the Russian-stat-run TASS news agency said yesterday that the International Court of Justice in The Hague, by issuing an order for interim measures against Israel, has recognized “credible” information regarding that country’s genocide in the Gaza Strip.

According to Nebenzya, the complaint filed by South Africa at the International Court of Justice in The Hague regarding Israel’s committing genocide in the Gaza Strip has yielded tangible results.

Russia’s representative at the United Nations added that further investigations by the International Court of Justice in The Hague regarding Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip necessitate a cessation of military operations by Israel in Gaza.

“Although the International Court of Justice has not issued an order for Israel to withdraw its forces from Gaza and halt the violence, but Moscow will try to make this happen,” The agency quoted Nebenzya as saying.

It should be noted that not long ago, The Hague International Court issued measures in Tel Aviv after South Africa complained that Israel had committed genocide in the Gaza Strip.
