KABUL: The fifth meeting of the European Union and Central Asian Special Representatives and Envoys on Afghanistan was held on 13-14 February 2024 in Bishkek, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The meeting was also attended by the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Afghanistan and the head of the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan Roza Otunbayeva said the Kyrghyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The meeting participants discussed current developments in Afghanistan and the UN-led process ahead of the second Doha meeting.
Also, they held an online exchange of views with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and diplomatic missions of the Central Asian countries and diplomatic missions based in Kabul.
