KABUL: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) holds meeting on Afghanistan’s situation.
The organization said in a statement on Monday that the meeting will be held with the participation of representatives of OIC member countries in Gambia.
“In the meeting, the Foreign Ministers of OIC members will discuss Afghanistan’s situation,” said the statement.
No specific time for the meeting has been mentioned.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation also added that Tariq Ali Bakheet, the representative of the Secretary-General of the organization, also participated and delivered speech at the United Nations meeting in Doha.
It should be said, that during the current year, a delegation from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation visited Afghanistan and met with officials of the Islamic Emirate.
