KABUL: Celebrating International Mother Language Day, on Wednesday the Acting Minister of Information and Culture Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, said the diversity of languages reflects the beauties of Afghanistan.
“Languages, ethnicities, and diverse colors in Afghanistan are God’s gift,” said Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa.
He asked active governmental and non-governmental institutions who work in the cultural fields to join hands to further strengthen these beauties.
In a ceremony commemorating International Mother Language Day, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa emphasized on the need to put an end to linguistic and ethnic prejudices in the country.
