KABUL: Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid in an interview on Sunday with the Radio Television of Afghanistan called on Pakistan’s new government to take into account Kabul-Islamabad mutual interests.
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate with considering the Afghanistan-Pakistan relations, also asked the Pakistani government to provide facilities for travelers between the two countries, flexibility in dealing with migrants, and a legal approach towards them instead of coercion and compulsion.
“Afghanistan wants good political and economic relations with Pakistan,” RTA quoted Mawlavi Mujahid as saying.
The Islamic Emirate has raised its demands from the new government of Pakistan at a time when, following the elections in the country, Asif Ali Zardari was elected as the new President of Pakistan by the national and provincial assemblies.
