KABUL: In a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, the Chinese Ambassador to Kabul, Zhao Sheng, stated that China is committed to political and economic cooperation with Afghanistan.
Zhao Sheng said: “In addition to the processing and export of pine, the Mess Aynak Mine, many other development sectors have brought significant economic benefits to both countries”.
He said that his country is interested in investing in various infrastructure projects in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir said that the Islamic Emirate is committed to developing relations and cooperation with China in various fields.
Mawlavi Abdullah Kabir presented an example of China and Afghanistan’s cooperation on the Wakhan Corridor, which will further strengthen trade between the two countries.
