KABUL: Dr. Sharafat Zaman spokesman of the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) in an interview with the Radio Television of Afghanistan (RTA) said that in the past two and a half years, over 11,000 newly appointed employees have been hired by the Ministry.
The newly appointed employees have been recruited for providing standard medical services, he said adding, that the Ministry has established approximately 350 new healthcare centers across the country’s remote areas.
It seems, that the newly hired individuals have been assigned to activate the newly established healthcare centers.
After the takeover of the country by the Islamic Emirate the Ministry of Public Health is striving to standardize the provision of healthcare services in the country.
