KABUL: The Norwegian Ambassador to Kabul Paul Klouman Bekken and his accompanying delegation in a meeting with the acting Minister of Economic Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, here in Kabul, assured his country’s commitment to continuing humanitarian aid to Afghanistan, the ministry said in a statement.
In the meeting, Qari Din Mohammad said that with ensuring countrywide security, good opportunities have been paved for the implementation of welfare projects in Afghanistan.
“Focus on employment-generating projects is one of the effective programs in reducing the unemployment rate,” said the minister emphasizing balanced development and providing services to remote areas.
