KABUL; The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs Mawlavi Abdul Kabir, says that some circles in the region and the world propagate for Daesh [ISIS] in Afghanistan.
The Deputy Political Prime Minister made the remarks during Saturday’s Iftar banquet at the Spidar Palace, participated by ambassadors and diplomats from various countries around the world, as well as the delegation of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan.
“ISIS is not only an enemy of Afghanistan but also the enemy of the region and the world,” he said adding, that Daesh has been suppressed in Afghanistan and no one should lobby to portray it as a strong force.
Mawlavi Abdul Kabir expressed hope that the number of ambassadors and embassies of countries in Afghanistan would increase this year.
It’s mentionable that currently, the Islamic Emirate has political, trade, and transit relations with nearly 20 countries worldwide.
