KABUL: In a statement, the Ministry of National Defense said that 12 people sustained injuries in a traffic accident on the Kandahar-Herat highway, and they were taken to the Shorab hospital on time.
The accident took place in the Washer district of the Kandahar-Herat highway, while a passenger-type bus went off the road and resulted in the injury of 12 people, according to the statement.
After the incident, medical teams of the 215 Azam Army Corps rushed to the scene and transported the injured to the Shorab hospital.
The country’s national army works around the clock and protects the countrymen in difficult and emergency situations.
