Afghan-Kazakh Business Forum: Private sector delegations of Kabul and Astana meet

KABUL: Following the inauguration of the Afghan-Kazakh Business Forum the delegations of both countries held multiple meetings, here in Kabul on Thursday, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce said in a statement.
In the meetings, the two sides, discussed bilateral cooperation in the areas of transportation, precious and semi-precious stones, oil and gas, banking, textiles, handicrafts, industrial products, foodstuffs, mining, flour, wheat, and agricultural production, said the statement.
According to the statement, previously similar meetings were also held in Kazakhstan during the inauguration of the Afghan-Kazakh Business Forum, which contracts worth million-dollars signed between the two countries.
The Afghan-Kazakh Business Forum was inaugurated today [Thursday, 25 April 2024] in Kabul in the presence of Deputy Prime Ministers for Economic and Political Affairs, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
