KABUL: Construction work on a check dam worth 4.5 million Afghanis was kicked off by the Ministry of Water and Energy in Maidan Wardak province.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Water and Energy, the check dam with a length of 50 meters and a height of 7.5 meters, will be built in the Durrani villages, Daimirdad district of Maidan Wardak province.
The projects with the financial support of the Ministry of Water and Energy, will completed within three months.
