KABUL: To commemorate the 32 anniversary of 8 Saur, the Islamic Emirate called the day of the Mujahidin’s victory over the communist regime in Afghanistan and added that the eighth of Saur is the day of freedom and success.
In a statement, the Islamic Emirate regarding the 7th of Saur, 1357 (the coup and the overthrow of the first republican government in Afghanistan), has called it as the beginning and the cause of significant loss of life and property for the country’s citizens.
At the same time, the Islamic Emirate considers the 8th of Saur as Afghanistan’s freedom and the success of the country’s people against communist
Meanwhile, a ceremony held to commemorate the 8th of Saur, the 33rd anniversary of the victory of the Afghan Mujahidin over the communist regime in Kabul was attended by the Islamic Emirate cabinet members.
Speakers at the ceremony emphasized the preservation of the values of jihad and historical commemorative days.
